Shipping policy

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES
UNIQANTIQ HARDWARE SUPPLY LLC ships to the United States and Canada. 

Standard Shipping is Free of charge (3–5 business days) for orders over $150. Free Standard Shipping applies on purchases over $150 for shipping in the United States (the contiguous 48 states). 

Shipping cost for orders up to $149.99 is 7.95 USD. 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Please double-check your billing and shipping address when placing an order, as we cannot reroute packages.

Unfortunately, we do not ship to regions such as:

Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s.) The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

TAXES
UNIQANTIQ HARDWARE SUPPLY LLC   is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

DELIVERY
A courier will preliminary contact you before delivery. Delivery is done to the client's home, but a product is not brought in. Goods are delivered disassembled in boxes, so two people can easily lift them. Such products as dressers, chairs, bedside tables, and sideboards are delivered assembled.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You are eligible for a full refund, including Shipping & Handling, ONLY if the order has been canceled prior to shipping. We cannot process claims, refunds or additional requests once the package is in transit with the carrier. After checkout, if you make a mistake or change your mind, you have 30 minutes to cancel the order.
