Surface mount furniture locks are commonly used on grandfather clocks, curio cabinets, china cabinets, hutches, wardrobes, armoires, and other traditional furniture pieces.

This narrow lock style is suitable for furniture restoration, lock replacement, and repair projects where the lock size, backset, and bolt throw match the original hardware.

The reversible bolt allows the lock to be used on left- or right-hand doors.

Surface mount furniture locks require no mortising and are installed directly on the back side of the cabinet door.
